Most of the work we do is knowledge work. What does that really mean? Are there characteristics to knowledge work that we should consciously address when we seek to do this type of work faster, more cheaply, or better? Though I've spent more than 25 yrs working to improve knowledge work, I still consider myself a student. In this blog, I hope we can learn from each other. I can get us started-where we go from there is up to all of you. Thanks for taking the time to read and participate.

How To Access the Lean BoK For ASQ LED Members

The December issue of the ASQ Lean Enterprise Division Newsletter is available here. You may need to log-in with your ASQ member number first. To get to the Lean Body of Knowledge, Click “Library” in the left column under the heading, "Members Only" and then Click “Certification” under the heading, "Forum Library (Articles by Topic)."

That will take you to this hyperlink so that you may download the excel worksheet: Lean Certification BoK.

Click on the underlined hyperlink. Make sure you open the file using excel.

Let me know if I may answer any questions or what you think of the BoK.
